Farming for the future
In this project, I was responsible for managing a grant awarded by the Chevening Alumni Programme, under the auspices of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom (UK). The goal was to develop a multilingual online platform connecting scholars and policy makers from across the globe to produce, edit and publish cross-disciplinary analyses in the fields of ecological farming and food security. The project has counted on contributions from China, Ukraine, the UK, Cuba, Brazil and Argentina.
It consisted of an interactive map built on Carto, integrated in a Content Management System called Shorthand. Actually, this was exactly what triggered me to start studying frontend development!
